How to Use: Brush teeth with toothpaste, floss between teeth, and swish approximately 1 teaspoon of oil pulling solution for 2–5 minutes before disposing in the trash. Do not swallow.
How to Care: Rinse toothbrush and floss container after use and store in a dry area. Keep liquid products sealed in a cool, dry place.
How to Dispose: Dispose of empty containers and packaging according to local waste and recycling guidelines.
