This oral care set pairs a charcoal-based oil pulling solution with a stainless steel tongue scraper to support a structured hygiene routine. The oil pulling component is designed for short-duration swishing, while the scraper is used to remove surface buildup from the tongue.
The two-step format integrates easily into daily use, with durable materials and a compact bottle size suited for regular or travel use. The components are designed to complement standard brushing and flossing practices.
How to Use: Scrape the tongue gently from back to front, then swish approximately 1 teaspoon of oil pulling solution for 2–5 minutes before disposing in the trash. Do not swallow.
How to Care: Rinse the tongue scraper with warm water and mild soap after each use and store dry. Keep the oil pulling bottle sealed in a cool, dry place.
How to Dispose: Dispose of empty containers and packaging according to local recycling guidelines; retain and reuse the stainless steel scraper as needed.
